St. Joseph's Day

<p>Originated in the Naples region of Italy, St. Joseph pastries are served on March 19th to celebrate the saint. These treats consist of fried choux pastry dough, filled with various creams, and topped with powdered sugar.</p>

<p>St. Joseph’s Day bread (Pane di San Giuseppe) is traditionally shaped into symbolic figures representing the saint, his life, and his role as a protector. All breads are semolina and have sesame seeds to represent "sawdust".</p> <p>Choose from 3 different shapes!</p>
